We’re kicking off WCR’s Conference in style with a reception open to the public. Sumptuous bites curated by some of the most nationally recognized Twin Cities chefs: Ann Kim (Young Joni, Pizzeria Lola Hello Pizza), Diane Moua (Spoon and Stable, Bellecour, Demi), Christina Nguyen (Hai Hai, Hola Arepa), and Karyn Ann Tomlinson (Corner Table) – all 2019 James Beard Award nominees.
Be the first to sample the 2019 WCR Cocktail Collection, authored collaboratively by 4 of the top local female mixologists: Katy Dimick (Hola Arepa), Megan Luedtke (Martina), Sarah Rothstein (Spoon and Stable, Demi), and Ms. Lakesha Novicky (Constantine Mpls) along with nationally noted mixologist and fermentation expert, Marco Zappia (Tres Leches, Martina, Colita).
